The atmosphere in the dim ballroom was electric as the sharp notes of the bandoneón signaled the start of a breathtaking tango performance in Buenos Aires.
I spent the evening at Catulo Tango in Buenos Aires behind my lens, capturing the fierce precision of every dramatic lift and the intricate footwork that defines the genre. After the final curtain, I curated the collection and sent the photographs to the incredibly talented dancer Juan Pablo Bulich. It was a true creative milestone to hear that he liked the images very much, as his validation meant my lens had captured the soul of his movement. Witnessing such artistry through my viewfinder transformed a simple show into an unforgettable collaboration between photography and dance.
