Boxing is tough

Boxing is definitely tougher for a smaller boxer against a bigger one. The bigger boxer has several advantages:

  • Reach: They can keep the smaller boxer at bay with jabs and punches while staying out of range themselves.
  • Power: Their punches carry more weight behind them, potentially leading to knockouts.

However, a skilled smaller boxer can overcome these challenges by using footwork, speed, and agility to get inside the bigger boxer’s guard and land effective punches. Examples of famous shorter boxers who achieved success include Manny Pacquiao and Mike Tyson.
