The series “Faceless” shows musicians who lost themselves while playing, singing or rocking the stage. I photographed these images during the 2017 edition of the “Greenfield Festival” in Interlaken, Switzerland. The inspiration for creating this series came from the understanding that these are precious moments, the musicians are unaware of what’s going on about them. They are dwelling in their own creation. Only the guitar, the voice, the music and nothing else – lost in music. The images were processed in Silver Efex pro for the black-and-white look and Analog Efex pro the Wetplate style. This gives a more dreamy and timeless look.
